Actually the Netherlands is where I am looking.

Unfortunately, Europe has different sign languages than in the US. I imagine it's almost as hard to learn a foreign sign language as a spoken language, though you do have the two considerable advantages of not having to learn grammar or having to spell.
We moved from NYC to the Netherlands in December 2016 and never looked back.

Actually the Netherlands is where I am looking. I am from NJ near NYC actually worked in the NYC public schools for 15 years. I will miss New York but I am finished with it all here especially after losing a daughter to a drug addiction.
I have been looking at Utrecht. Just live there with my Italian citizenship. I would love to hear any recommendations you might have.
